PayoutLedger utilizes automated API polling, on-chain analysis, and fiat gateway verification to grade casinos on three vectors: Liquidity, Latency, and Stability.

1. Settlement Latency (Speed)

We perform automated withdrawals of small amounts ($10 - $50) every 48 hours across diverse payment rails. The timestamp is logged from "Request" to "Final Settlement."

Fiat Rails (PayPal, Visa, Skrill)

Verified via API callback or processor notification.

Blockchain (BTC, USDT, LTC)

Verified via on-chain block confirmations (1-3 blocks).

  • Grade A : < 10 Minutes
  • Grade B : < 1 Hour
  • Grade C : > 24 Hours (Flagged)

2. Liquidity & Solvency

For crypto operators, we monitor public "Hot Wallets" for reserve depletion. For fiat operators, we analyze public treasury reports and payment processor limits to ensure high-roller payouts can be met.

3. Integrity Checks

We cross-reference license validity with the Curacao GCB, UKGC, and Malta Gaming Authority databases weekly to ensure no regulatory revocations have occurred.
